1- Material preparation
Before cold storage installation and construction, relevant materials need to be prepared. Such as cold storage panels, storage doors, refrigeration units, refrigeration evaporators (coolers or exhaust ducts), microcomputer temperature control boxes, expansion valves, connecting copper pipes, cable control lines, storage lights, sealants, etc., selected according to actual equipment suitable material.
2- Cold storage panel installation
Assembling cold storage panels is the first step in cold storage construction. When assembling the cold storage, it is necessary to determine whether the ground is flat. Use small materials to smooth the uneven areas to facilitate the tightness of the roof and ensure good sealing. Use locking hooks and sealant to fix the cold storage panel to the flat hollow body, and install all the card slots to adjust the upper and lower layers.
3- Evaporator installation
The installation of the cooling fan first considers whether the ventilation is good, and secondly considers the structural direction of the storage body. The distance between the cooling fan installed on the chiller and the storage panel must be greater than 0.5m.
4 -Refrigeration unit installation technology
Generally, small refrigerators are installed in sealed cold storage, and medium and large refrigerators are installed in semi-sealed freezers. Semi-hermetic or fully hermetic compressors should be equipped with an oil separator and add an appropriate amount of engine oil to the oil. In addition, a shock-absorbing rubber seat needs to be installed at the bottom of the compressor to ensure there is enough space for maintenance.
5-Refrigeration pipeline installation technology
Piping diameters must meet refrigeration design and operating requirements. And keep a safe distance from each device. Keep the air suction surface of the condenser at least 400mm away from the wall, and keep the air outlet at least 3 meters away from obstacles. The diameter of the inlet and outlet pipes of the liquid storage tank shall be subject to the diameters of the exhaust and liquid outlet pipes marked on the unit sample.
6- Installation technology of electric control system
All connection points need to be marked to facilitate future inspection and maintenance. At the same time, the electric control box was made in strict accordance with the requirements of the drawings, and the power was connected to complete the no-load experiment. Line pipes must be laid for each equipment connection and fixed with clips. PVC line pipes must be connected with glue and the pipe openings must be sealed with tape.
7-Cold storage debugging
When debugging the cold storage, it is necessary to check whether the voltage is normal. In many cases, users will need repairs due to unstable voltages in the current. Monitor the power and shutdown of the device and report it to the storage location. The receiver is filled with refrigerant and the compressor is running. Check the correct operation of the compressor and the correct operation of the power supply in the three boxes. And check the functionality of each part after reaching the set temperature.
